Download or export your documents

Your documents are yours. You can download them one at a time or all at once, on any plan, including after you cancel.

Download one document

1. Open the document from Documents.
2. Under Files, select Original PDF for the file you uploaded.
3. Once everyone has signed, select Signed PDF + certificate (or Signed PDF) for the sealed, signed copy.

Export everything

1. In the dashboard, select Billing.
2. Under Export all documents, select Download ZIP.
3. The ZIP holds every original, every signed PDF and every audit trail. A large account is split into several ZIP files, oldest documents first: download each Part.
