Share a signing link by WhatsApp, SMS or email

Send someone their personal signing link yourself, from the document's page, when email isn't the best way to reach them.

Every recipient is emailed their link when you send. You can also send it yourself, which is often faster for people who live on WhatsApp.

Share a link

Open the document from Documents.
In Recipients, find the person and select Share link.
Choose Send via WhatsApp, Send via SMS, Send via email app or Copy link.
Your app opens with a short message and their link filled in. Send it as usual.

Each link belongs to one person. Don't send someone else's link: whoever opens it signs in that person's name.
WhatsApp and SMS open straight to the right person when their phone number has a country code. You can add or fix it with Edit.
Share link shows while that person still has something to do.
