PandaDoc alternatives, compared on what each one publishes

People leave PandaDoc for two different reasons: they need a cheaper or simpler way to get documents signed, or they need a different kind of sales document tool. The right alternative depends on which. Here are six, with their published prices and what each does best.

First, why are you leaving?

PandaDoc is a document automation suite: you build proposals, quotes and contracts from templates and a content library, add pricing tables, track how buyers engage, connect it to a CRM, and collect an e-signature at the end. It is priced per seat: its pricing page listed Starter at $19 and Business at $49 per seat a month, billed annually, with a free eSign plan, when we checked on 6 October 2026.

If you are leaving because you only use it to get PDFs signed, a simpler and cheaper e-signature tool will do. If you are leaving but still need proposal building and sales features, you need a tool in the same category. The six below split along that line.

If you need a sales document platform

GetAccept. The closest alternative in kind. GetAccept describes itself as an AI digital sales room: proposals with an in-app editor, templates and a content library, engagement video, deal rooms shared with buyers, CRM integrations on its Professional plan, and e-signatures included. Its pricing page listed eSign at $25 per user a month and Professional at $49 per user a month (minimum five users, billed annually) on 15 October 2026, on a 12-month agreement. Our Salsox vs GetAccept page goes into detail.

If you mainly need documents signed

DocuSign. The best-known e-signature platform, with templates, bulk sending, an API and a large catalogue of integrations. Plans are priced per user with envelope limits; see Salsox vs DocuSign for the figures from its pricing page.

Dropbox Sign. Formerly HelloSign, with unlimited signature requests on paid plans, templates on every plan and a clean sender experience. Its Essentials plan listed $15 a month, or $120.60 a year billed yearly, on 6 October 2026. See Salsox vs Dropbox Sign.

SignWell. Simple e-signatures for small businesses, with templates, bulk send and an API allowance. Light was $10 a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, with unlimited documents, on 15 October 2026; a free plan allows 3 documents a month. See Salsox vs SignWell.

Jotform Sign. Part of the Jotform form builder: a large template library, approval flows and bulk sending, with signed-document limits per plan. The free plan allowed 10 signed documents a month and Bronze $39 a month, or $34 billed yearly, for 100, on 15 October 2026. See Salsox vs Jotform Sign.

Salsox. A phone-first signing tool priced per account: Personal $9 a month with no document count, Business $19 a month with Sign & Pay, which collects a deposit or fee by card or mobile money as part of signing. It has no proposal builder, CRM integrations, team seats or public API. See Salsox vs PandaDoc.

How to choose

Write down the three things you actually used PandaDoc for last month. If one of them was building proposals or pricing tables, look at GetAccept or stay with PandaDoc. If all three were "get this signed", any of the e-signature tools will do it for less, and the deciding questions are price per sender, whether you need templates or an API, and whether your clients pay deposits, which is where Salsox is different.
