A free account sends 3 documents a month. Above the upload and Quick Send forms you'll see how many are left, for example 2 of 3 free documents left this month.
How it's counted
- A document counts once, when you send it. Uploading, preparing and saving drafts don't count.
- It counts the same however many people sign it.
- The count starts again on the first day of each month.
- When none are left, the note reads You've sent your 3 free documents this month, and sending a new document asks you to choose a plan. Nothing is lost: your drafts stay, and documents you already sent stay open for signing.

- Select See plans in the note, or go to Billing in the dashboard.

Good to know
- Reminders, renewing links and correcting a recipient's email never use up your allowance.
- The free Request a signature tool on our website is counted separately: a free account can send one request prepared with it.
