4. Supplies and equipment
We provide all cleaning products and equipment, including hospital-grade disinfectant for treatment-room surfaces. Paper products and hand soap are supplied by the client unless agreed otherwise.
5. Access and security
Access: an alarm code and one key, signed for by the team lead and kept in a locked key safe. Our team members are background-checked and we hold public liability insurance; a certificate is available on request.
6. Terms
This quote is valid for 30 days. Work can start on 3 November 2026. Invoices are sent monthly and due within 14 days. Either party may end regular service with 30 days' written notice. Visits cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full.

About the Cleaning services quote template
A cleaning quote that says only "office clean, three times a week" leaves room for disappointment on both sides. This template lists the areas covered and the tasks in each, the visit days and times, who supplies products and equipment, and the price per visit with a monthly estimate, so the client can compare quotes properly and the team knows what is expected.
It also handles trust, which matters when a cleaning team has keys and an alarm code. The quote says how access is managed and that the team is insured and vetted. Treatment rooms, kitchens and other sensitive areas can be called out separately, with the products used.
Once the client signs, the quote becomes the agreement for the work. For long-term contracts with service levels and termination terms, follow it with a service agreement.

Yes. Once the client accepts it by signing, the quote's scope, price and terms bind both sides for the work it describes.
What if the client wants extra tasks?
Extra tasks are priced separately, as section 3 says. Quote them in writing before doing them, so the invoice is never a surprise.
How long is the price valid?
Thirty days from the quote date. After that, prices may be updated before the work starts.
