eSignature for sales teams: shorten the gap between yes and signed

Most deals are not lost in negotiation; they stall after the buyer says yes and before anything is signed. For a small sales team, closing that gap is the cheapest revenue there is.

Where deals stall

The buyer says "send it over". The proposal goes out as an attachment, gets forwarded to a finance contact who was not on the call, waits for someone to print it, and comes back a week later, if the buyer has not been distracted by a competitor in the meantime. Every day between the verbal yes and the signature is a day the deal can slip.

A proposal the buyer can approve alone

The proposal has to stand on its own when it is forwarded. The sales proposal template opens with a recap of the buyer's situation and priorities in their words, then the recommendation, a pricing table separating the recurring plan from one-off costs, onboarding and support, and an order block. Whoever opens it, the approver or the person who signs, sees why it makes sense and what happens after they buy. For services, the business proposal ties each fee to a phase with a timeline.

Quotes that become orders

For defined products and jobs, a quote with itemised prices, a validity date and an acceptance block turns the buyer's signature into the order. On the Business plan, Sign & Pay can collect the deposit or first payment in the same step, by card or mobile money, so the deal is confirmed and funded together.

Before the demo

When a prospect wants to see the roadmap or share their data, a mutual NDA sent from a phone before the meeting usually comes back signed before it starts.

Visibility for the team

Each document's page shows who opened it and when, who has signed, and who has not. That is the moment to call: a buyer who opened the proposal three times this morning is ready to talk. Unsigned documents are reminded automatically, so nobody has to remember to chase.

Templates the whole team uses

Save the team's standard proposal, quote and order form as templates with the company's terms filled in. Each account executive starts from the same approved wording, types the buyer's details and prices, and sends, so legal does not need to review every deal and buyers see consistent terms.

Handing over to delivery

The signed proposal is also the delivery team's brief. Because it records exactly what the buyer approved, including scope, price and start date, customer success can start onboarding from it without another discovery call. Send the client onboarding form the same day the order is signed, and the buyer goes from yes to onboarded in one afternoon.

What it costs

Salsox is priced per account, not per seat, and paid plans do not count documents, which suits a small team where everyone sends proposals. See pricing for the current plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can a buyer sign a proposal from their phone?

Yes. The buyer opens a link in any phone browser and signs one field at a time, with no account or app.

Can we see when a buyer opens the proposal?

Yes. The document's page shows when each recipient opened and signed it, which tells the account executive when to follow up.

Does Salsox integrate with our CRM?

No. Salsox has no CRM integration. Proposals and quotes are prepared from templates in the dashboard; teams that need documents generated from CRM deals should use a platform built for that.
