Changes before production starts must be agreed in writing and may change the price and delivery date.
Natural materials such as wood and stone vary in grain and colour; such variation is not a defect. The customer will inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage or missing items within 3 days. Ownership passes to the customer once the full price is paid.

About the Customer order form template
Custom and wholesale orders fail on details: the wrong finish, the wrong fabric, a quantity misheard on the phone. An order form gets the customer to confirm every detail in writing before anything is made or ordered, and gives the seller a clear record if a question comes up at delivery.
This template lists each item with its specification, quantity and price, the delivery address, date and any instructions, and the deposit and balance. The customer confirms that the specifications are correct, and the terms explain that made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production starts, which is the point that most needs agreeing before a deposit is paid.
It suits furniture makers, printers, uniform suppliers, bakeries taking event orders, and any business making or sourcing goods to order. Signed through Salsox, the confirmed order arrives back with a date and time on it.

Questions
What is the difference between an order form and a purchase order?
A customer order form is the seller's document, which the customer signs to confirm an order. A purchase order is the buyer's own document sent to a supplier. Both record the same facts from different sides.
Can the customer change the order after signing?
Changes are possible until production starts, by agreement in writing. After that, made-to-order items cannot be changed or cancelled, as section 4 explains.
When is the balance due?
As stated in the order, here seven days before delivery, so goods are paid for before they leave the workshop.
