About the Sales proposal template
A sales proposal is where a good conversation either becomes a contract or stalls. The buyer has to forward it to someone who was not in the meeting, so it must stand on its own: what the buyer's situation is, what they asked for, what you are offering, and what it costs.
This template opens with a recap of the buyer's situation and priorities in their words, which shows you listened and gives the approver context. The offer follows in one sentence, then a pricing table that separates the recurring plan from one-off set-up and hardware, so finance sees both the monthly and the first-year cost. Onboarding and support answer the question every buyer has next: what happens after we sign?
The last section is the order: term, validity, and signatures. Send it through Salsox and the buyer can approve it from their phone the same day.

Questions
What is the difference between a sales proposal and a quote?
A quote prices a defined item. A sales proposal also explains why the offer fits the buyer's situation and what happens after they buy, which matters for larger or recurring purchases.
Should I include several pricing options?
Two or three options can help a buyer choose, but too many slow the decision. This template shows one recommended package with separate one-off costs.
Can a signed proposal act as the contract?
For many B2B sales, yes, if it includes the term, price and key conditions, as this one does. Larger deals often add a master agreement.
