1. What we found
We audited coastlinekayaks.example before writing this proposal. In short: 92 of 140 pages are indexed; the tour pages share near-identical text; mobile pages load in 6.8 seconds; there is no page for the three most-searched local tours; and the site has 14 referring domains, against a median of 60 for the top three competitors.
2. Goals
Over the first six months, we aim to rank on page one for 12 priority tour and location searches, and grow organic bookings from 18 to 40 a month.
3. How we will measure progress

It opens with what an audit of the client's own site found, which shows you have looked and gives the plan its reasons, then sets goals tied to the client's business, here bookings, with the metrics that will show progress each month.
